Battery won't charge

I just opened my mavic pro and started charging the batteries. I have the fly more package and while on the charging hub the first two charged to 100%. After a they finished the last one wouldn't charge and the hub had a red light on it. Tried to display charge on battery and no lights appeared. Tried to plug in by its self and still nothing. Need help?

It sounds like you have a dead battery. Contact DJI support to get it replaced.

Seems I e got the same although I've had a couple dozen charges in mine. Have you had any luck?
