Battery won't charge...

So I ran my Mavic this morning and it was down to its emergency return home setting. No I have the middle two green lights on and it will not charge. Has anyone come across this before and what do I need to do to fix it?

Someone on Facebook group had the same fault condition. Reports battery error when Mavic powered on (he did manage to get some charge into it). It got replaced under warranty.
