Hey guys,just got my mavic back from DJI,they had to reinstall fw,also battery error.They gave me a brand new battery and it won't charge,Flashes maybe 17 times really fast,stops blinking,then starts process over again,never getting any charge.Any one run in to this before?I think they gave me a bad battery?

Did you ever get an answer or alive the problem? I have a battery that is doing the same thing.

they had to give me another new battery,took about 3 weeks turn around

Thanks I just submitted a trouble ticket with them. Thank god I have two more batteries.
