Be *very* careful when drawing your GeoZone for unlocking... (almost lost Mavic 3 Pro)

I think his problem is once you are in the unlocked geo zone, you cannot exit the locked zone. It's a one way access. When you use the unlocked feature, you turn it on to fly in that zone. And once your active in that zone everything outside that zone is off limits. The system does not let you cross back and forth, forcing you to land inside the zone. I also had this problem once before. I then went to Drone Hacks and removed the GEO fencing by DJI. I have not had a problem for several years. Now I have the M3P and may need to look into doing this again. Have a private landing strip on a farm in an area I fly a lot in. DJI put a 3 Mile geo fence on his property.

FYI: Have 107, comply with FAA requirements and use LAANC where required.

I still think that an extended unlock license from DJI is better than sort of jail breaking your drone with outside software.
