Best 360 spherical photo stitching software

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but there are so many out there I am completely frustrated. Looking for guidance.

Microsoft ICE is the best price and does a pretty good job (but can have problems with sea horizons sometimes).
Kolor Autopano Giga is one of the best stitching programs.
Unfortunately GoPro bought it and then killed it.
