I believe so. If I recall correctly, they were 48 or 72 hour TFRs with no ability to get an approval or authorization to fly.

In the US we can simply call the FAA Drone Hotline with absolutely any questions about airspace. Is there not a similar service in the UK? I would never depend on a YouTuber for my legal flight determinations, especially not the guy that has made excuses for PhillyDroneLife's blatant disregard for safety or regulations for years.
