Is there any way to make a DJI Refresh claim for my M2Z that is resting in a tree 40 feet up (yes, bad pilot error!) that I can’t reach? Thx.

Only if you can recover the drone and send it to them.

Is it out in the middle of a forest or close to civilization. I have a 40 ft ladder but wouldn't want drag it for miles in the woods. Or If your out in the boonies does a falling tree really make a sound?

How stuck is it ? With the leaves gone, perhaps the wind will bring it down ? A fishing rod and reel is a good tool.

I own two MP's one to rescue the other, check out the Mantis Claw. Have not got one yet. Still thinking about getting it, wheel turns slow on my end.

I ended up hiring a tree trimmer boom truck to get my drone down and he was nice and only charge me $120 did it on his way home from work it had to be done because it was 60 feet directly above somebody’s front door it’s definitely a good option if it s hard to get at
