I bought a mavic air from DJI and realized it was too much for my child to learn on so I cancelled the order.
Last Thursday I get an email saying the money was refunded to me but it still isnt in my bank so I called them and was told it would take 2 weeks.
A few days is understandable even tho it only takes a minute of their time to process it.,but 2 weeks,now I see why so many are disgruntled with DJI Service.

Sorry to hear that. They were quick to take my money and slow to deliver my MPP before Christmas. Frustratingly, the weather here since the New Year has been poor. Hardly had a chance to fly...

Maybe you help someone who was thinking about Purchasing
the same way you did and was unaware about those issues you are having
.

Some of us Mavic Pro pilots don't have issues with DJI Services at all.!
Because thats not were the smart money is.

Buy your DJI product from a Vendor you can trust and has a Liberal return policy
Amazon
Costco
Best buy (if you have to) restocking fee if Not a Regular customer 10%
.
That being said I buy a lot of DJI brand accessories from
Amazon = Same price,Usualy two day shipping,10 day No pentalty retun policy
...............and can say My mavic Probably came that way Via Amazon

normally i buy from amazon but since dji had the MA only there wasnt another option,i just think its just shady business practice.i have insurance at my bank and one call and they would cancel the transaction but then that puts me at their level and i cant see that but i guess its live and learn.
 
I usually study pretty hard about what I am planning to purchase, that way I am sure I am getting what I need or want. I mostly do this BEFORE I make any transactions.
If you paid by credit/debit card, they will not refund you until they are sure your funds clear to them. Takes a week or so before they are comfortable there wasnt any charge backs on your card. after they are sure you arent a scammer, they will get you the credit.

i dont have the drone,they havent shipped it,THEY have MY money,i dont have anything of theirs so your post is?
