Black screen but can take pictures and video

Xs2 on the side port cable needing to be unplugged. Had me completely baffled.

Hello, I am using a DJI P4 RTK and while a flight mission the screen turned black, same to the images even while the geolocation was precise.
I reinstalled the firmware on drone and remote and updated everything. As well I recalibrated everything and tried different batteries, always the same issue.
The remote is the one with the DJI tablet included
Does anyone have an idea how to fix it?
