bought used mini 2 controller, won't bind with drone

bought the controller on ebay, powers up fine but wont bind with any of the 3 mini 2's I have. any help appreciated

I did, I also bound the 2 new mini 2's to my old controller and had no problems. I'm wondering if there's a reset ? Just want to do what I can before I send it to DJI.

If you have the DJI Care binding to the old controller, you might have to unbind from that one to be able to use the other. I think it's quirky the way it works. You might give that a try.

Updating the controller Firmware by using DJI Assistant 2?

problem solved.. called dji support, they told me to update the firmware on the controller to Assistant 2. All is right with the world now.
