Broadcast video to a second TABLET (not a monitor)

On the standard or smart controller, is there any way to display the video output simultaneously to a second android TABLET (not a computer monitor/TV)?

I don't think that the DJI app does it, but you might be able to run a screen mirroring app if it's android to android

If you have 2 controllers then yes, one as master other as slave both display video
