broken gimbal camera wire

i hate long nails, but i know electronic repairs need them.

i really hate this silicone crap, and i really hate trying to watch a video while trying to fold the **** ribbon... can't seem to figure it out,

figured out this origami puzzle!

ok so, fired it back up, gimbal wire was 100% snapped.. so replacing was needed. no change in the system tho.

gimbal status is NA and no motion on start up.

also still no video feed.

professional people - whats my next step?

good news bad news of today -

the bad:camera still black screen, no gimbal movement, firmware still won't update to 0300 version.
the good : the thing flys like a champ and is much fun to fly! even just doing little laps around my backyard was great, cannot wait to open this thing up and go for a little tour! but need video first!

should i cut my losses and send it to a local-ish place for repair? or keep working the problem myself... I'm a smart person but sometimes help is needed!

after reviewing the costs and potential for more issues down the road i opted to return the Pro - thankfully was able. and i then went a new in box Air fly more. its what i wanted in the first place so better off this way! let the fun begin
