Broken Mini 3 Pro can't get support from DJI (in Brazil)

Hi there,
I bought a Mini 3 Pro abroad, and brought is to Brazil.
I recently crashed it, and while there are small bruises and the propellers got replaced, I've an issue with the camera/gimbal system.
I tried to recalibrate it (won't work), I tried to reinstall the firmware (using the desktop software), and I think it's broken.

DJI does not provide tech support in Brazil, and I've been searching online to see if there is even an option to buy the part and replace it, but I can't find anything reliable, and the few info I found said that if I try to replace the part, the drone will give me an error, and that you need DJI official support to exchange it.

short of shipping it abroad to DJI (which I've no idea if it's even possible) which will be a major hassle given transit times in Brazil, and custom duties, does anyone see a solution for this?
