Camera not tilting!

All of a sudden my camera won't tilt with the wheel.
It goes with the joystick but not the left wheel.
Anyone else had this issue?
Called DJI and they said to ship it back!
They had no solution.
Mighty disappointed.

Have you tried a gimbal calibration? also hate to ask but assume the gimbal guard was out?

Yes it was off.
I figured it out.
The gimbal speed was set to 0.
Moved it to 5 and it works nice and smoothly.
The default settings are way to high.
