Camera takes ages to focus

This problem is greeting worse - when I first start up the Mavic the image is blurred, if I tap the screen it snaps into focus then immediately blurs. Today it took 7 1/2 minutes for the problem to go away and remain in focus. Am I doing anything wrong or does it suggest a problem?

Try the easy things first. Clean the lens and front sensors. -Be gentle and use only your breath (-no cleaning solutions). You’d be surprised at how a little inconspicuous speck or smudge can throw off a focus system. I learned this from a standard camera

Curious, what happens if after it focuses you switch to MF? Once it’s hit the focus point and is correct I always switch to MF. This will hold that point until you go back to AF. Just don’t hit the manual focus slider which will show up on the right side of the djigo4 screen.

There was a issue where the Mavic would attempt to refocus on hover in AF mode. Many times you only have sky and thus the drone will lock on the wrong point for infinity.
Common problem with any AF system.

I always fly in MF after I have gotten a good AF hit.
