Try deleting the Fly app and downloading a new one. Then check for DJI updates with your drone powered up. What iphone are you using? I run an Air 2 off an iphone 11 Pro, running the latest Fly app and DJI firmware with no problems. Check that you have the latest iphone ios, too. Apple issued an update recently. Good luck.
