Can’t transfer files

Hey folks

I’m having trouble trying to quick transfer video files from my mini 3 pro to my iPhone. It connects to the phone and shows my files but will not download them when I attempt to. Any thoughts on how to correct this?

Quite a few have problems with quick transfer.
There are apparently lightning to female USB cables that would allow you to plug a USB card reader into the female USB ended cable. Ditto lightning card readers.

I think that if you are using the remote with the screen you cannot use Quick Transfer, cheers Len

Well, he's talking about the iPhone, so he's using the RC-N1.

Aside, you may be right about the DJI RC, except I have a vague recollection of doing it, the key being there had to be an SD card inserted, and wifi and BT had to be turned on, which they're not by default.

Then again it could be a hallucination, so don't quote me on it
