Found this in a Miami Pawnshop, it has DJI Mainboard, fullsize controller, and uses a phantom battery. It has a phantom model number and works on First version of DJI Pro.

it is not a mavic actually ,its a phantom clone it uses phantom motors and innards and controller ,and was supplied as a kit ,the idea was you dismantled your phantom and then built everything into the new shell and it was meant to mimic the mavics ease of transport as it folded like a mavic

Thanks for the info OMM, I got it for 200 cause they were trying to connect with dji 4 and thought it was broke. I have both versions and when connected it identified as a phantom, cant fly it as im in downtown miami, camera and gimble work fine, still havent found microSD port yet.

i believe the SD card slot was on the camera - gimbal mount or it could have a hard to find slot at some point on the outer case very hard to see with the carbon wrap maybe its hidden under the wrap at some point have you looked in the battery compartment

Not a mavic, but apparently someone made a completely custom shell and put P3P innards in it.

There was a project posted on PhantomPilots where a guy was going to make a foldable shell for the P3, but I didn't think it was ever completed.

P3A/P had the SD slot on the gimbal body. There's also a status LED on it, in case that's also covered up, as well as a micro-USB port.

it was made when the first generation Mavic came into being and they were available in a kit form they are actually bigger than the mavic itself to enable the original main board to fit and came with modified wiring and extended cables so that the parts could be connected up ,it was a project that started as a bit of fun just to see if it could be done i watched a video on the exchange process several years ago
