Can I Charge my DJI Mavic Mini batteries using the DJI Mini 2 drone directly?

Hi all

Just sold my original DJI Mavic Mini with the full house. I do however, still have 2 spare brand new DJI Mavic Mini batteries and would like to use them as backups for my DJI Mini 2 on travel.

Does anyone know if I can safely charge them by inserting them directly into my Mini 2 drone and putting them directly on charge via the drone by attaching the usb as I would for its other batteries? I started to try it now, and it seems to charge, but Im worried it might damage something?

Any advice appreciated.
