Can i fly anywhere in North Somerset ?

Hi. Now owner of a MVP2.

Having some flights under my belt now,I was hoping to do some flying down along the beaches in weston early morning.i have BMFA membership and am purely a hobbyist at this point. I just checked out the North Somerset council website to make sure I didn't get in trouble and from what I can see I cannot fly at all. Even if I took off in private land I am not allowed to fly over council owned land which I assume includes all the beaches, parks etc. I've attached the 'Procedures' and would welcome any opinions on this. It looks like it's a procedure and not a byelaw but I don't want to risk a confiscation or fine, though there are no consequences stated on the document.

Check the crown estate map.. loads of places near WSM to fly on the foreshore and estuarys.

Thanks @Urban mayhem and @pross for your identical responses. Had No idea about Crown Estate land. Yes looks like I can fly most of the coastline with exception to the main promenade. Great result. Thank you both.
