Can the mini 2 firware downgrade too older version?

As far as I know the latest firmware version is V01.02.0300. Just wondering whether it can be downgraded to older version once installed the latest version.

BTW, does V01.02.0300 must be used with Fly 1.3.0? Can V01.02.0300 work with 1.2.1?

But I want to give the Fly 1.3.0 a try
