Cannot manage to upgrade the goggles firmware with either DJI Assistant 1 or 2 (on 2 Macs) (Solved)

Yesterday, I was trying to use my DJI Goggles (white) with Mavic 2 Pro and the SC. And I did not manage to upgrade the goggles firmware with either DJI Assistant 1 or 2. Was on my 2 Macs. Didn't have the occasion to try with a PC.
The goggles are not recognized by the software.
Someone has an idea?

Solved!. The micro USB cable I was using was faulty. I did swap it and the goggles were recognized.
