cannot update firmware

I cant update the firmware on my Air 2S. Tried three times.....failed three times. HELP!!!

How did you try? Did you do it directly from the DJI Fly app? That's the way I perform updates.

If your drone batteries are not fully charged it will fail. I learned that lesson with my MA2.

Folks need a little more to go on.

What happens? Is there not an error message? Screen go dark? Drone emits sparks and smoke? Neighborhood dogs howl in pain?

I just get a circle with an exclamation mark in the center and it asks if I want to try again.
