Cannot update my Air 3 no memory

I cannot upgrade my Air3 as it says not enough memory ! When I check it says 27 mbs used but in the photo folder it shows empty
I have removed the SD card reformatted and still not enough memory
Still showing 27 mbs used and still an empty folder

Do your upgrades from the assistant on your Computer.

It's mean your internal memory were full

Have you checked your memory with the RC2 ? The last update included a big update and firmware with the RC2 as well
