Cant connect RC to DJI Assistant 2-Pls help

HI

My RC wont connect to the DJI assistant 2. I would like to refresh the RC's firmware, but get continuously connecting and disconnecting sounds. seems like many other users have the same problem?

Does anyone know how to fix this? It seems to work on MAC fine...?

Never seen a solution other than trying another computer. Do it with the phone.

Have the same problem. Have tried linking it with windows 7, windows 10 and mac but still haven't successfully connected it.
I think the problem is with the drivers which is not digitally signed.
Go to the device manager of your system and you will see what i mean.

Also, when you go at the About section on the dji go 4 app, what does it say? Does it display the firmware version? Does it allow you to check for updates? Are you using iOS device or android?

Android, and it doesn't allow me to search for an update.

I just want to refresh the software...Im going to try a MAC later...some guys had success with this...

I've had it work on my Mac but I also had to make sure I had the latest download. I had a earlier version of dji assistant and was having problems and after I downloaded the newest version it worked fine. I have a MacBook pro 13 in.
