Can't connect!

I have a Mavic 2 zoom and a smart controller, I use DJI go 4, after using this successfully for the last couple of years, today I can't connect, I can't get past this screen. I have tried "linking" and have reset the smart controller back to factory setting, but to no avail. Any ideas?

You have the mavic 2 Pro on the screen and not the zoom see if that sorts it out for you

Gemini; Sharky; I think the image will self correct when a connection has been established.
