Cant save to iPhone XS via DJI 4 apps

Hi all, does anyone know why its happen. I dont change any setting but when i want to save all the footage some footage can download and other footage cannot download.

Camera settings may be different than what the screen is telling you?
If your camera is shooting in raw, that may be the issue.

1080p video. I tried on 2 device. Iphone 7 and XS max. I also try save on my pc via card reader. Same result.

I bought a card reader with lightning plug. Now downloading images are a snap.

I get the same message. What I do is use the SHARE option, then you can save "image" or save "video" to your iPhone.
