Cant save to SD card

Hi There,

I've just got a Mavic 2 pro and cant seem to switch between the internal storage and the SD card.

When I go into the settings - storage location the SD Card says N/A and greyed out.

Any ideas?

Not to state the obvious but have you got a sd card in the sd card slot, and if so have you checked it anywhere else to make sure its working?

The M2's come with 8gb of internal storage and this will be used by default until you place your own sd card in the AC.

Yes, I bought the 128gb with it. I’ve tried the 64 out of the inspire 2 but still no luck.

This bing in the Smart Controller sertion when it should have nothing to do with the Smart Controller makes me think you put the card in the controller instead of the aircraft...

All my photos are captured in cache rather than jpeg or raw.

Every time I’m about to capture a photo it’s notifying it’s going in Cache Mode.
