Can't use Quick transfer?

Hi all, I turn my drone on, bring up my DJI app and try to connect via quick transfer and it refuses to find my drone......any ideas, please?

From what i have read its something about your phone not having the ability to use either 2.4 or 5.8ghz for wifi ( not sure which one) the drone uses one or the other to make the connection hence it doesnt work

Using a RC, RC Pro ? Quick Transfer only works with phones and Fly app,

I use an iPhone mostly with Bluetooth off to save the battery and my Mini 4 Pro won’t connect until I enable BT.
Also doesn’t matter if it’s already connected to the RC2 - it drops that connection to link with the DJI Fly app on the phone.

Don’t you love how ‘Turn it Off, Turn it On’ again’ fixes most computer problems!?!

Quicker to turn everything off and turn them back on again than hunting through menus and code looking for the bit in the wrong state!
