These are not actually tv-signals, of course, but they do look like ;-).
360 panorama, shot with Mavic Air, projected to Tiny Planet.

How did you achieve that effect.
I started with a full 360x180 panorama. See the following link - and note that the sky is included above the 30° tilt of the Mavic camera - meaning, it's a full 360x180)

I was viewing the file on an android app, VR Media Player, and when I squeezed the image on the screen, I got the rabbit hole effect (opposite of the tiny planet effect). I thought, "Eww, neato," and grabbed a screenshot.

Here's how I fill in the sky on my 360s:
