Case Foam Trim

Howdy all! Found a case that fits my needs for the Mini2. With some add on landing legs, it a tad to wide to fit in the pre cut space. Wondering what’s a good technique to trim the foam a bit and maintain the clean cut appearance of the original space. Thanks in advance!

A long thin blade should work. I used a retractable one similar to a box knife. Alternately I've used one of my chef's fillet knives. Unless you're skilled at such things it might not be as clean as factory, but it's no big deal to do. I've had to do that on most of my cases.

Ditto! An electric carving knife is the tool for the job. Super clean cuts!

I spent <$5 at Goodwill or a garage sale. These are items that sold hugely in years gone by, but are not as popular now.
