This is a emulation of the title sequence from the movie Casino. If you haven't watched the title sequence from Casino, this video will make no sense at all.

I like the challenge of emulating movie title sequences. The first one I did was House of Cards (my video is House of Gardens). I chose Casino because I happen to like the Bach: St. Matthew Passion, and I wanted to see what kind of colorful sequences I can create in FCPX using real videos. For the foundation, I used my crash back in 2020, combined with a whole bunch of sunset time lapse vids from my MPP. Throw in a little green screen of an MPP and there you have it. Actually, the whole thing is like making an ice cream sundae... you can't make a mistake.

Absolutely incredible John. ?

Loved the actors in the film.

Thanks for spending the time to share this with us and to give us all a bit of inspiration when editing videos.

Move over Hollywood, Honorwood is on it's way from the Midwest. ?

.

Awesome, thanks for sharing!

A MUCH better track would have been Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's CONFUTATIS MALEDICTIS. (Requiem KV626 in D Minor). Look it up on You Tube. The last scene in the movie. (My most favorite film of all time).

Thanks to everyone for watching and the kind comments.
Working on my next movie featuring "optical effects" using my M2P. It will probably take another month or two to complete. Maybe it will work, maybe not!
