Changing Mini 4 pro from ce mode to fcc mode with android

I know there is a free version out there. I have done it with the mini 3 but can not find a way to do it for the Mini 4 Pro. I know there is a paid version but why do that if there is a free version.
Can anyone help?

Well, I am surprised that no one knows a free hack to change the mini 4 pro from CE to FCC.
It looks like I’m going to have to pay €38 from dji-mini-4-pro
Has anyone had any experience using this Hack. Because I have read somewhere that they bought it and it was useless. So if you have bought it and you have used it, can you share your experience, please?

thereis only free version with ham cfg file on avata2 to go for fcc mode. no any free version for mini
