So, I have a Mavic Pro battery with a broken cell. It won't let me take off with it, and I am not the original buyer. So, can I send it to DJI and get a new one?

I'm guessing not, because I'm not even the original buyer of the drone, so I cannot get Care Refresh for it. I got it used, but for a whopping deal.

i was born in northern ky and would love to see some pics from you in the future,always make sure the drone has a home lock ALWAYS! put your phone number on her and always be mindful of your environment especially trees,
