China mainland phone number and Verification code.

Has anyone else experienced this? I upgraded my phone to the Galaxy S9+ so I could go to a brighter screen after downloading the dji go 4 app and putting in my information its asking for a Verification code and then it ask me for my China mainland phone number. I from Alabama U.S. I have no China phone number ....looking for some help.

Hi, In the dji go4 app before you connect your aircraft you need to go into the settings and disable the mapping for china. Restart your app and connect to aircraft and it shouldn't ask for the china info again. I had this problem and now at every update I make sure that the china maps are turned off.

Got it thanks. Went back before I read this and it let me sign in so would you think I still need to turn off the maps?

Yes you dont need the chinese mapping. Turn it off or next update it will probably ask you again. .
