welcome to the forum without knowing the drone model or whether it is new or used there is not much anyone can do to advise you

yes brand new , camera , shakes and it now says , vision sensor error

Well. Apart from checking there are no stickers on anything or anything else obviously wrong I’d be contacting support. If it was second hand.”, you could risk investigating, but as it’s new, I’d be sending it back. Cheers only other thing is checking that everything is up to date: iPhone, DJI app and drone? But never heard of this myself. Almost like a cable is unplugged.
Does the camera swivel about on startup?
