Combining footage? :: Mini/Pro

When shooting an area/subject, I believe there are opportunities to use both drones. I want there to be no noticeable differences when bringing the footage into post. Can anyone offer any advice or guidance?

Only thing I can say is that with the Mini maxing out at 2.7K and the Pro presumably being able to shoot 4K, you may have a quality issue when merging them. Just something to be aware of. I think if done properly, though, it would not necessarily be detrimental to the video.
