My Mavic is flying great no real complaints,
Except every time I put in fresh battery and no matter where I fly it always says calibrate compass.
Hopefully not real concerning

As long as it doesn't give you any compass error messages during the flight, you are probably ok.

Have you ever crashed or hard landed it?

No error message while flying and the honest
Truth never crashed or had a hard landing don't
Like to brag but I fly airplanes and Helios just
Getting hooked on drones

And yes the message is like that always but not in red unless
You did that

Yes, I added the red box around it as a reference.

That's not asking you to calibrate the compass. It's just a button you can click if you'd like to calibrate the compass.
