The evidence in the prior thread that you are obviously not reading. DJI rep and what they say is hearsay, not evidence. Go back and check my prior posts.
I'm confused.
First you claim some other DJI rep has said that a U.S. purchased Mavic 4 Pro has a 12 month DJI warranty as evidence of a warranty. Then, you state what DJI reps say is not evidence, but is hearsay, after the rep in post #1 properly states DJI's policy, which directly contradicts your bogus narrative..
Clearly, you don't understand that
all hearsay is, in fact, evidence. It may not be admissible evidence, if a judge deems in inadmissible,
but it is still evidence, and there are a plethora of admissible hearsay exceptions big enough to drive a truck through. All that aside, assuming what you have asserted about another DJI rep stating there is still a DJI warranty, is that your only proof? The reliability of anything stated by any DJI rep is only as good as the rep, and certainly not binding upon DJI.
Moving on, what prior thread and what evidence?
Please be specific. You made the allegation.
Most importantly, what the DJI rep above wrote to
@akdrone is completely consistent with all YouTube videos and various online posts from every single purchaser of a Mavic 4 Pro who resides in the United States. No U.S. DJI warranty and no offer of Care Refresh is available to them with a U.S. address. Those who have imported a Mavic 4 Pro from Canada have only a Canadian warranty, and can still purchase Care Refresh, but it must be serviced through DJI Canada, and it is the buyer's responsibility to get the drone to them, and retrieve any replacement from Canada at a Canadian address.
