Confused about video settings.

So I need some help please. I’m flying my mavic pro 2 with a smart controller. Recording on 4K. When I transfer to computer it’s coming up as 1080x720. For the life of me I can’t figure out why.

Use a micro SD to your drone and download your 4K videos from there, not from Smart Controller

I have also found, even if the monitor won’t support the high def, don’t give up! Upload to YouTube and it will allow you to watch . I have the MA2 , the H265 is too much for my iMac. However once uploaded it’s fine. But I will be using H264 so I can watch prior to uploading if makes sense. I plug direct from drone to computer.
