Connect CS WiFi to phone hotspot

Is there any functional advantage gained by connecting my CrystalSky WiFi to my mobile phone hotspot during flight operations?

That would allow you to use on-line map facilities as the CS would be effectively connected to Internet. Could also then use CS to unlock any no-fly zones.

Yep I do it every flight. No map otherwise so how would you know it has set home point up correctly?
