Contracting and Pricing out Services/Deliverables - Scalability?

Have a potential client that might hire me to do small jobs (less than 10 acres) all the way to large jobs (200+ acres)

I have penciled in my rates, but looking for help for someone good with contracting, and weather my prices or ideas are Scalable.
Or charge for a flat rate for the small jobs, and if it's over ~50 acres switch over to per acre?
I know I can do whatever I want here but looking for some guidance on someone who's been here

What services are you providing? Are the large jobs the same as the small (just more acreage) or do they entail more/different services?
Acreage is just one factor, and in my experience, every single 'drone job/project' is different. IMO, basing the job solely on acreage alone is too broad and can be risky for both parties.
Perhaps your 'base rate' could be calculated on acreage, then add-ons for different services and/or particulars for each job...

What are you hoping to deliver?
How do you account for Travel, processing, flight planning, etc?

WAY too many variables to give any viable advice thus far.
