Controller losing signal to drone

This issue has only recently happened, I pretty much have to have the control sitting on the drone for a connection to be made but as soon as I get up and walk away the control loses its connection to the drone. I have tried re-pairing the control an drone but the issue continued.

Has anyone else had the same issue before and if so how did you resolve it?

What is your equipment? M2?
Is this a new drone and controller still in warranty? How long have you had it?

Sounds like a possible antenna problem.

Yes its a Mavic 2.
Brand new drone, only had it a couple of months.

You should either contact DJI support or the shop where you purchased it. Something is amiss.
