Converting 4K to 1080

Hey all - I did some video shooting over the weekend. Somehow, I reset the settings to shoot 4K and I can't get the videos to load into the phone app for DJI Go.

Any way to change the file size in app? Or do I have to download the videos then somehow reload them...

I feel like there's a simple solution that I just haven't thought of.
