The insert, not the bag.

There are 3D printers that have beds large enough to print something of that size, but most people don't own one. Even if you could find someone willing to make a one-off piece like that, it would be expensive to make and probably a lot heavier than you'd want.

So how would one go about duplicating the insert? The actual L&W measurements are not critical, just the cutouts. I'm thinking like100 of them.

Or how about finding a rectangular plastic tub that's as close to that current one you have as you can get, then put the foam into that.

Pour plaster over the lot, let it set, then remove the plaster from the tub. Remove the foam from the tub.

Put the plaster back in the tub, but now facing up, so the bulges are all up and the flat side of the plaster is down in the base of the tub.

Fill it with expanding foam from the hardware store. Should then give you a soft finished product similar to the original. If it works, repeat with that mould until you have enough.

A bit laborious, but it'd be a cheap solution if you need a few!

Oh yeah, it is laborious. Trust me, I pour plaster.

If you want that actual insert, then contact Fuerte Cases (the manufacturer of the Microraptor backpack) and ask to buy 100 of them.

If you want to design your own foam insert, you can do so at MyCaseBuilder.

If you'd like a professional company to design an insert for you, then try reaching out to GPC.

You can always buy a foam cutter as well. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Foam-Cut...hguid=31235b7c-7ec-1696a4496a419b&athena=true

OP, we're not too far from eachother. If you want to get it done in less than a month, which is what custom foam will take, let me know.

I also offer military discounts.
PM enroute.
