• Is there a way for RTH to land at a new location if you moved from takeoff point?
• Can custom button be set to update HP?

Yes, no.

You can reset the home point in the following section of DJI GO:




The button on the left resets the home point to the Mavic's current location. The button on the right resets the home point to the current location of your mobile device (which only works when using a mobile device that contains a GPS receiver).

Thanks I knew about that setting...I was checking if its possible to auto update it so that in the connection/lost situation (while flying from a moving vehicle), Air will return to dynamically set HP

The Mavic Air does not currently have a dynamic home point feature. The Mavic Pro has that feature, but it only works when using the ActiveTrack flight mode.
