Yes, I think this might have been posted somewhere, or maybe I saw it in a news article a day or three ago.
It'd be the M2E (enterprise) the speaker is reasonable from various videos I've seen of it in use.

I bet so! When I heard of this activity I first thought it was NYC’s drones.... yep, I bet he’s got all he can handle right now.
