Send it back. Likely unseen damage.
more if you’re comfortable by a whole new arm and replace the damaged one.

I think I'll hold out till my DJI insurance runs out and get a new one in a year. I forsee many more crashes, dinks and scratches

Why don’t you unscrew it , bend it back into shape, glue up the cracks in the leg and screw it back together

It looks like the tiny screw below the light cover would have pulled out, I’d just carefully epoxy the small hole and when dry screw it back in so it can catch again.
@Mark.W one of the main reasons the leg cracked is because i noticed from your picture you had the landing leg extenders on the drone
while in theory these do raise up the drone ,unfortunately in doing so they extend the amount of stress the arm is under in a crash or hard landing
its the same principle of a wheel nut spanner that can be extended to undo a tight nut ,the further away you get from the pivot point then the more pressure is applied
if you do manage to repair it i would remove the landing gear extenders and get a landing ,take off mat instead or learn to hand launch ,land
