Hi.. From my initial assessment it does. All i did was to pop in a battery, turn it on and fire up the motors.
Not sure how will it perform in flight. Many people have experienced gimal shake, weird video feed and recording and inconsistent video..

I had a similar experience, but the Mavic went down in heavy brush and trees only a few blocks from my home. Unfortunately after a number of hours I could not find it, even though the map showed its location. I immediately ordered a new one and had it in 2 days.
I did have a couple of crashes on the old one and do recommend you change the props and calibrate the gimbal.
