New CS yesterday...loaded new firmware which only was .18. IOS is .20
Device seems very slow to respond to screen taps vs the IOS version...is this normal?

Also does this not support latest GO4 version .20 ?

Yes, sadly true. CS is always behind the current GO/GO4 versions
(btw: actual version of GO4 is 4.1.22 both IOS/Android)

The screen taps on the corners seem slow on mine, but the others aren't too bad.

As Anthony Viscomi already mentioned, the taps could be slower / less responsive on specific positions on the screen.
Try resetting the CS to factory defaults after upgrading.

When i am experiencing lag or delays while working with the CS, i am rebooting the CS and it works 'normal' afterwards again.
(Not quite as a professional product should be, but we have to deal with it)

You’ve got the same problem as me started off with IOS then thought you would upgrade to a CS and I must admit a product that should be spot on just isn’t that for the price you pay [emoji29]
